Located opposite Holland Park, this mixed-use residential scheme will include a holistic wellness club, private offices and Automated EV charging together with 106 residential units.
The works are being carried out over two phases with Phase 1 comprising the construction of 61 residential units (five of which will be penthouses) as well as a new basement, automated car stacker, a shell and core office space, cinema, amenity space and spa.
Phase 2 comprises the construction of 35 affordable housing apartments and a further 10 residential units, as well as the completion of the external landscaping.
