Intu Lakeside - Northern Extension
This development will create a department store of 15,500m², retail units of 24,000m² and include an extension of the existing department store to create retail units of 11,500m².
The project also includes the diversion of the existing service mains and drainage, the construction of a replacement bus station and improved transport links.
