King's Cross
The development at King's Cross is fast becoming one of the most attractive places to live, work and visit in London.
The project is one of the largest regeneration schemes in Europe, transforming 67 acres of disused goods yards at King's Cross into one of the capital's most exciting and vibrant neighbourhoods with homes, shops, offices, galleries, bars, restaurants, schools and even a university.
G&T is providing Cost Management and Employer's Agent services to the developer, and to date King's Cross Central Limited Partnership (KCCLP) has completed 16 buildings together with a number of public realm and infrastructure projects.
There are 10 buildings currently on site (representing £600m of construction development) with a further £700m of construction in the short to medium term pipeline being designed and procured with G&T. This includes the exciting Heatherwick-designed Coal Drops Yard which is set to become London's most exciting new retail and restaurant destination.
