Fit-out and refurbishment of existing office space to provide a collaborative working environment, bespoke client area and kitchen.
Works were completed in phases to allow KPMG staff to occupy the office throughout and to avoid undue disruption to the staff or neighbouring tenants.
The 24,000 sq ft Grade A office accommodation is divided into two distinct wings separated by an atrium and connected by a reception area. A flexible client lounge and informal meeting area sit alongside the reception area and a new large, café along the south wing has been designed to welcome staff and visitors alike.
