The project comprised the renovation and phased restack of 21 floors of the law firm's New York headquarters together with the refurbishment of existing office space and construction of new office space in Newark.
G&T has also provided services for various office fit-outs for Latham & Watkins across the country including Menlo Park CA, New York City and Newark NJ. The Menlo Park project consisted of three buildings completed over two phases with a total of 60,000 SF.
