Louis is a new Italian-American luxury dining experience depicting the life of Louis "Lucky" Luciano.
The 5,000 sq ft project designed by Fabled Studios includes a cocktail bar, a feature live music stage, tiered main dining area and back-of-house mezzanine kitchen.
G&T was brought in to manage the fast-paced fit-out of the restaurant while negotiating landlord approvals.
