As part of their NYC consolidation, Natixis undertook a 180,000 RSF interior fit-out.
Additionally, G&T provided Project and Cost Management services for a 10,000 SF data center. The data center had 2N+1 redundancy and was set up as two 5,000 SF data centers in one space to provide complete redundancy.
