The reproductive health nonprofit’s new lease is a 15-year deal for 65,000 sq ft on the ninth through eleventh floors and includes waiting spaces, exam and counselling rooms, procedure and recovery rooms, a community health education suite, 200 seat auditorium that is divisible into separate board room(s) and rentable space, open office plans and a large intercommunicating stairwell through three floors.

The project was under a compressed fast-track schedule with full design and construction from April 2015 through February 2016. The client was successfully moved in and operational on schedule.
