Construction of a new small molecule analysis and pharmaceutical sciences laboratory building, complete with GLP (Grade B) and PBOEL 4 containment laboratories.
The 10,400m² lab of the future design utilises a modular lab concept suitable for approximately 250 full-time staff.
G&T has played a pivotal role throughout the project as the project controls partner, supplying cost, risk and schedule services to lead assessment, estimation, analysis and management from inception through to successful project completion.
