The renowned US seafood restaurant has opened its first overseas location on North Audley Street, Mayfair.
The 3,600 sq ft restaurant is spread over two levels with two kitchens, a stunning Oyster bar as well as kitchen counter dining.
G&T supported the Saltie Girl team in coordinating the design process, value engineering stages, landlord approvals and fast paced construction programme.
