Redevelopment of a warehouse property to create a multi-use fashion hub, studio and production space.
The project included seven full service studios, nine luxury green rooms, a signature gourmet restaurant, 65-seat cinema, library, offices, 12,000 SF green roof terrace, state of the art production facilities and adaptable event spaces.
The design of the project incorporated the original dramatic industrial architecture features of the existing seven story building, with modern finishes throughout.
