Student Loans Company Headquarters Fit-Out
The Student Loans Company (SLC) has relocated to the new 10 Clyde Place building on the banks of the River Clyde.
Fit-out of the new purpose built 75,000 sq ft building covers five floors, with one floor occupied by a separate governmental organisation. The second to fourth floors have been designed as open plan office space with breakout areas, meeting pods and staff collaboration areas. Boardroom and meeting room facilities are located on the fifth floor.
A living wall, coffee servery and Hellerup seated event area provide additional communal space at ground level in addition to an outdoor terrace on the fourth floor.
Services have been retained in position from the base build where possible to reduce wastage, whilst fit-out materials and products were selected to reduce overall operational energy.
