Sushi Samba - Levels 38 & 39

The project involved the refurbishment of Sushi Samba's existing bar and private dining room of its existing restaurant on Level 39 at 110 Bishopsgate, which was delivered over a tight programme carefully managed by G&T's cost and project management teams.
A highlight of the design is the feature dining room table, suspended from the ceiling via hoist, offering Sushi Samba ultimate flexibility of use of the space and allowing the private dining room to be transformed into a bar within a matter of minutes.
This feature also presented a unique challenge which required continued co-ordination between many parties to ensure ease of use for the restaurant staff.
