Teach for America
Teach for America relocated its headquarters to a 185,000 sq ft, four floor space in New York City where staff, recruiters, corps members and alumni are now able to connect in a facility that helps them fulfill their mission and position itself for long-term organizational growth.
A key driver in the relocation and design of this new facility was creating a highly immersive guest experience, maximizing opportunities for brand expression and creating a refreshable approach to showcase the company's regions.
Other guided themes and principles for the project were to create a highly collaborative environment to support teaming onsite, offsite and online, immersive opportunities for social interaction and learning, strong community and partnership opportunities, amenities that reinforce organizational culture, and transformative workplace concept to enhance performance.
