The world's largest co-living development in London's Canary Wharf provides quality living accommodation and shared facilities for young professionals working in London.
Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, the 21-storey tower comprises 705 apartments of varying sizes across 18 floors. Its large amenity spaces incorporate not only food and drink offers but also a spa, sauna, gym, cinema, private screening room and a golf simulator. The sky pool provides panoramic views out over the river, O2 and across London.
G&T provided Cost Management services for the main construction works as well as the separate amenity fit-out contract.
