The Fourth Mile
The Fourth Mile is a unique 100,000m² new mixed-use development which will feature the world's first Technology Showcase - a model for the green future of electric vehicles and a showcase for cutting-edge technology of the future.
There will be four main elements to the scheme. The technology showcase, which will house 15-25 tech companies, will incorporate a roof passenger drone landing pad and electric car charging points. Three residential blocks ranging from eight to 16 storeys in height will provide 258 apartments - 47% of which will be PRS units. There will also be a 14-storey 210-bed four star hotel as well as retail units, boutique cinema, gym and spa.
A central plaza - Hudson Square - will provide communal amenity space for both residents and visitors with 350 car parking spaces housed in the double-storey basement.
